Warum lieben die Koreaner den Sozialismus?
Die Koreaner haben eine grenzenlose Vorliebe für den Sozialismus. Wenn es um den Schutz des Sozialismus geht, ist es ihr fester Wille, dafür auch ihr Leben einzusetzen.
Worin liegt der Grund?
Denn der Sozialismus ist eine Gesellschaft ohne Ungleichheit.
Ein westlicher Politiker beklagte einst, dass die kapitalistische Ordnung erschreckliche Ungleichheit auslöst, nur hunderte Familien der Welt mehr als Vermögen für zwei Mrd. Familien besitzen.
Die erste schwarze Pilotin der Welt sagte oft, dass der Himmel ein einziger vorurteilsfreier Ort sei. Sie hatte in der Schule die höchte Leistung in der Mathematik gehabt, aber aus der nur einen Grund, die Schwarze, soll sie diskriminiert worden sein. Deshalb stieg sie vom Leid bereitenden Boden, wo sich der Rassismus herumtreibt, in den Himmel auf und fühlte dort eine Behaglichkeit.
Dagegen besteht in der koreanischen Gesellschaft keine Diskriminierung, und zwar keinerlei Ungleichheit wie die Unterschiede zwischen Arm und Reich, zwischen den Ständen, Berufen und Geschlechtern.
Die Koreaner gewöhnen in der mehr als 70-jährigen sozialistischen Ordnung daran, dass die ganze Gesellschaft mit gleichen Rechten große Familie gebildet hat und alle einander helfend und mitreißend die Freundschaftsgefühle austauscht.
Solche Gesellschaft, wo die meisten Menschen darüber hinwegsehen sollten, dass sich nur wenige Reiche in luxuriösen Residenzen oder Bungalows voll essen, und es die Schulen für die Kinder von Reichen und Armen im Einzelnen gibt, werden die Koreaner niemals unterstützen.
Die Liebe der Koreaner zur sozialistischen Ordnung ist auch darauf zurückzuführen, dass sie selbst zu Herren der Gesellschaft werden.
Man kann in der DVR Korea die Losungen „Dem Volk dienen!“ und „Alles für das Volk, alles gestützt auf die Volksmassen!“ ansehen.
Das ist niemals ein symbolischer Sinn. In der Tat ist in der DVR Korea das Volk der Herr der Gesellschaft, und alles dient dem Volk. Einfache Werktätige werden zu Abgeordneten (Parlamentariern) der Obersten Volksversammlung, wo die Staatsangelegenheiten besprochen werden, gewählt und entscheiden und setzen ihren eigenen Willen und Forderungen gemäß der Politik durch. Auch die Staatsorgane, Krankenhäuser und Schulen werden fürs Volk errichtet, und auch die Erholungsstätten und Sanatorien in idealen Stätten dienen dem Volk. Das unentgeltliche obligatorische Bildungssystem und das System der unentgeltlichen medizinischen Behandlung werden unbeirrt eingeführt.
Das ist ja eine Anziehungskraft des Sozialismus und eine Wirklichkeit, dass der Kapitalismus weder nachahmen noch besitzen kann.
Ja ist es sehr glücklich, dass sich das Volk des Rechts als würdevoller Herr der Gesellschaft nach Herzenslust erfreut und sein souveränes Leben führt!

Unsere Republik ist der sozialistische Staat mit den Volksmassen als Mittelpunkt.
Das politische Ideal und die politische Philosophie unseres Staates sind die Betrachtung des Volkes als das Höchste und selbstlose Hingabe zum Volk und auch die Mission ist selbstloser Dienst am Volk.
In unserem Land wird das Volk immer Hinsicht an den ersten Platz gestellt, werden die Politiken und Richtlinien, die der Forderung und dem Interesse des Volkes entsprechen, von ihrer Einstellung und ihrem Standpunkt aus festgestellt und dargelegt, wirkliche Maßnahmen für deren Verwirklichung getroffen und das Arbeitssystem und die Ordnung, das Schicksal und Leben des Volkes zu verantworten und zu pflegen, normal in Betrieb gesetzt.
Unser Vaterland ist ein wahres Land des Volkes, das der Verteidigung des Wohlergehens und der Rechte und Interessen des gesamten Volkes alles unterordnen und danach streben lässt.
In unserem Land werden die Lebenssicherheit und die Interessen des Volkes für allerwichtigste Staatsangelegenheit konsequent und de facto gehalten, die auf jeden Fall verwirklicht werden sollten.
Es ist eine standhafte Einstellung und Haltung unseres Staates, es gebe nichts noch wertvoller und absoluter als Volk, das den Grund des Landes bildet, und noch heiliger als Interesse des Volkes.
Trotz der schwierigsten Prüfung werden volksverbundene Politiken unverändert betrieben und erweitert, wurde vor der globalen Gesundheitskrise der Sieg im Kampf der höchsten Notfallvorsorge für die Verteidigung des Wohlergehens des Volkes davongetragen und aktuelle Luftrettungsaktion, vor dem Wahnsinn der Natur das Leben der Überschwemmungsopfer zu retten, vorgenommen.
Davon zeugen solche Tatsachen.
Unser Vaterland ist die Geborgenheit der großen Mutter, in deren Geborgenheit das Lachen und Glück des gesamten Volkes standhaft verteidigt und zur Blüte gebracht werden.
In unserem Land werden allseitige Angelegenheiten der Partei und des Staates dem wirklichen Wohlstand und dem glücklichen und zivilisierten Leben des Volkes von A bis Z unterordnet und gestrebt.
„Alles für das Volk, alles gestützt auf die Volksmassen!“
Das ist gründliche Volksauffassung, die unsere Partei und Regierung der Republik konsequent beibehalten.
Vor kurzem verlor die Bevölkerung wegen des Rekord-Sturzregens in einigen Gebieten beim Bezirk Nord-Phyongan die Wohnungen und Familienvermögen und war obdachlos.
Zu jener Zeit traf die Staatsführung starke und aktive Notmaßnahmen in Bezug auf den Schutz der Überschwemmungsopfer vor Ort.
Die seit diesem Jahr begonnene industrielle Revolution in örtlichen Gebieten wurde als umfassende Politik, in der das Gesundheitswesen, die Wissenschaft und Bildung eingeschlossen sind, erweitert und vertieft. Es zeigt deutlich den volksverbundenen Charakter unseres Staates, der keine Zufriedenheit bei der Arbeit für das Volk kennt.
Unser Vaterland ist den Hort des ewigen Lebens des gesamten Volkes, wo noch bessere und lichtvollere Zukunft zuverlässig garantiert wird.
Unser Land ist von allen Richtlinien und Politiken dafür, den Aufschwung und die Entwicklung des Staates näherzurücken und dem Volk das neue Ideal und hellere Zukunft zu gewähren, durchdrungen.
In der Hauptstadt Pyongyang werden jährlich mehr als 10 000 Wohnungen gebaut und verwandeln sich die Dörfer des ganzen Landes in moderne kulturelle Dörfer.
Die vom Volk erwarteten und erfreuten deutlichen Erfolge und wirklichen Veränderungen werden erzielt, und der großartige Bau für neues Leben und neue Zivilisation des Volkes wird weiterhin entfaltet.
Weil die Pflege, Erziehung und Bildung für die Kinder als erste Staatsangelegenheit betrachtet werden, werden die Pflege und Bildung für die Kinder und Schüler der vor kurzem beschädigten Überschwemmungsopfer im Hotel „25. April“ und in der Übungsbasis für Militärparade in der Hauptstadt Pyongyang unter der Aufmerksamkeit und Pflege des Staates auf hohem Niveau vorgenommen.
Deshalb unterstützt unser Volk den Sozialismus absolut und setzt sich dafür Blut und Schweiß ein, unseren Sozialismus, ein Fundament des Lebens und Wiege des Glücks, zu schützen und erstrahlen zu lassen.

‘Socialist state we aspire to is in sight’

The proud reality, in which the capital envies provinces, the regional rejuvenation represents the advance and development of the state and the ideal appearance of local areas becomes the true picture of Korean-style socialism, is being created in all parts of the DPRK today.
This is a manifestation of the steadfast will of the Workers’ Party of Korea to overcome the difference in living conditions between the capital and local areas and the imbalance between regions by accelerating regional rejuvenation and build an ideal socialist state which grows stronger from the low units upward.
The regional development precisely means the overall prosperity and growth of the state.
In our country, cities and counties are the strategic fortresses and bases of the state. The projects for regional development, including the modernization of regional-industry factories, acceleration of rural construction, renovation of schools and hospitals, housing construction, afforestation and landscaping, and forest and water conservation, are also carried out with each city or county as a unit. Therefore, the comprehensive development of the state presupposes the simultaneous and balanced development of all cities and counties.
The eternal prosperity of the state lies in eliminating the gaps between the capital and provinces and between urban and rural areas by strengthening the regional areas in every way.
In our country, the work of finally and fundamentally eliminating the differences in the standard of living between the capital and provinces and between towns and countryside is making dynamic progress at present.
The regional-industry factories which were splendidly built as first creations of regional rejuvenation in 20 cities and counties, including Songchon, Jaeryong and Sukchon counties, are now turning out popular products and commodities that can be representative of their regions.
Gigantic projects are also underway this year, the second year of implementing the Regional Development 20×10 Policy. The construction of regional-industry factories is being pushed forward vigorously, while modern hospitals, multi-functional leisure complexes and grain storage facilities are being built on an experimental basis.
A modern offshore farm and fishermen’s village are being built in Ragwon County on the east coast and the construction of the largest-ever greenhouse farm and vegetable research centre is progressing apace on the shore of the Amnok River.
Rural dwelling houses have been spruced up in different parts of the country, creating a new landscape peculiar to our state. In the agricultural sector, the top 10 agricultural counties and the top 30 farms of 2024 were selected amid the growing enthusiasm for scientific farming and high-yield emulation.
Our Party is pushing ahead with the development of the regions vigorously and stubbornly in order to build an ideal socialist state where all people who were born on this land enjoy a cultured and happy life.
When the trend of developing from bottom to top is firmly established and when positive efforts are made to effectively develop and utilize the economic resources and potentials peculiar to regions, it becomes a powerful driving force for the comprehensive development of the country.
The socialist state we aspire to is now in sight.

Immortal exploits of defending socialism

The 1990s was the period of severe trials for the DPRK and its people.
In the period, the moves of the imperialist allied forces to stifle socialism of the DPRK reached extremes.
At this juncture, Chairman Kim Jong Il held high the arms of Songun, a treasured sword for shaping the independent destiny at the crossroads of history, in which the country and people had to decide whether they would safeguard their independence or be reduced to the slaves of imperialism.
With the will that if the country and nation had weak military power, they could not defend the national sovereignty and the cause of socialism they had won at the cost of blood, he administered the original Songun politics of strengthening the driving force of the revolution and victoriously advancing the overall socialist construction with the Korean People's Army as the core and main force.
The untiring efforts and continued long journey of devotion of the Chairman for bolstering up the defence capabilities of the country cannot be explained with only a few words. Among them are his field inspection tour along the road across the sharp cliff to Mt Osong which is called the mountain of Songun, through the high waves to Cho Island, along the rugged path to Chol Pass in heavy snowstorm and those of the training grounds of the People’s Army units full of determination to annihilate the enemy.
The People’s Army was further strengthened as an army strong in ideology and faith and the invincible revolutionary armed forces and the country’s defence industry was turned into a Juche-oriented and modern one.
Thanks to Songun politics, the dignity and security of the country and people were reliably defended and Korean-style socialism won victory after victory.
The Chairman named the ideological spirit, displayed by the KPA service personnel who remained faithful to the country and people, were strong in revolutionary spirit and had a strong sense of organization and discipline, the revolutionary spirit of soldiers and made sure that the People’s Army would perform undying feats in socialist construction as well as in national defence.
The work to learn from the revolutionary soldier spirit was widely conducted throughout society and the unity in ideology and fighting spirit was achieved between the people and the army to boost the army-people unity, the mainstay of the Songun revolution. As a result, the Kanggye spirit was created and the torch of Songgang was kindled in such a hard time, bringing about an upswing and turn on all fronts of socialist construction.
The exploits of Chairman Kim Jong Il who defended and added brilliance to socialism by dint of Songun will be immortal.

Strength Koreans believe

The people’s strength is the source of miracles.
The DPRK people keep creating miracles and innovations in socialist construction by relying on their strength with self-confidence.
Now that a period of comprehensive development of socialism has come, modern regional-industry factories and ideal rural houses are springing up across the country symbolizing regional rejuvenation and rural development. The appearance of regions is changing with each passing day as evidenced by the city of Samjiyon, a model of mountainous city of culture, the mountain-gorge town in the Komdok area and farms called “greenhouse towns” and “rural towns”.
The people’s ideal streets that have annually been built in the capital city in recent years including Songhwa, Jonwi, Hwasong and Rimhung streets, the Paektusan Hero Youth Power Station, Orangchon Power Station, Hwangju Kindung Waterway and other monumental structures built across the country are the clear manifestation of the valiant spirit of the Korean people who achieve their dream of prosperity by dint of self-reliance.
A new history of gold mountains, golden fields and gold seas continues to be created to bring the people louder laughter and they are full of joy at the Wonsan Kalma Coastal Tourist Area, the Yangdok Hot Spring Resort, the Masikryong Ski Resort, the Munsu Water Park, the Mirim Riding Club and other bases of cultural and leisure activities.
To cope with the hostile forces’ ever-worsening moves to stifle the DPRK and start another war, the Korean people are striving to markedly boost their national defence capabilities to safeguard the security and sovereignty of the country.
The successive launches of Hwasongpho ICBMs, the successful test-firing of strategic nuclear weapons and the completion of the large multi-mission destroyers Choe Hyon and Kang Kon which were built in a matter of one and half years are momentous events through which the Koreans demonstrated the might of independent national defence industry as they built up their invincible military strength of justice for safeguarding peace.
If they had opted for believing in others’ strength and relying on them, they could not have achieved such successes and firmly defended their national security and sovereignty.
As they have self-reliance, which has always served as the banner of struggle and motive power of leap forward in the whole course of the Korean revolution, the building of a powerful socialist country, which is filled with the people’s happy laughter and where they enjoy the happiest life in the world, is being accelerated.
